i.e Phone is refurbished with new fascias or Battery is a Grade A tested battery

Grade A= Shows VERY minor signs of use and is in perfect working order.

Grade B= Shows signs of use, corners will have marks nothing major item is in perfect working order

Grade C= Shows signs of heavy use and will have several marks but is in working order.

Refurbished = The item has been tested and refurbished to as close a new standard as possible. Please read item description for exact information.
