RETURNS

You have the right under the distance selling regulations to return any unwanted product with 7 days of receipt providing it is complete and in the same condition we sent it to you in. We extend this to 14 days from receipt. If you wish to return something please let us know by e-mail and we will e-mail you the returns process and RA (returns authorisation) this will speed up your refund (always done within 7 days of receipt back with us) Return postage is paid for by the purchaser, it is also your responsibility to ensure that it is returned to us. Items lost in the post are not our responsibility and we will not refund items that are not returned to us.

FAULTY RETURNS

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us by e-mail describing the fault and supplying your details. If an item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt you have the right to either an exchange or a full refund as long as the fault is a manufacturers one and not from physical or water damage.

We have a freepost returns address for faulty items, it however is not secure so we recommend that you use a proof of posting / recorded delivery / special delivery so if the item does not arrive you can claim from Royal mail for the loss. Items are 30 days will be exchanged / fixed as long as the fault is a manufacturers one and not from physical or water damage items returned as faulty that are not manufacturers fault will be returned to you.
